Check out Nazare, Portugal waves. They are massive and one of the big wave riders, Kai Lenny, performs in air 360's. I'm still mulling over whether Kai is mentally deranged.

Lasts a couple weeks in the fridge. My girlfriend makes it. We have hens so it's a no brainer here, plus you ever looked at the ingredients in "professionally" made mayo?
