Man, so I just learned that because of the farm bill, I would have been legal to buy some clones when I was out in California last summer and bring them back. I was gonna buy some seeds but forgot, but I was at a farm and garden store where they had clones for sale. I guess they are considered hemp until they flower.

That's under the current farm bill. It is possible, hopefully unlikely, that seeds and Clones could be illegal to ship and to possess In the writing of the new farm bill.
The morons are going to FIX Their ignorance of wording in the first farm bill.

All these different Cannibinoid concoctions you're seeing on the market now being legal, will probably vanish.

And to be honest with you, I think it's a real good thing! I'm mainly speaking from someone living in Shadowland prospective. Up until that last farm bill, things like this were non-existent.........Legally........ Or next to the corner gas station.

You don't know how any of this crap is made! It doesn't have to conform to any standards, since it's not regulated.

The only problem I see, that's reasonably feasible of occurring, Is seeds and Clones becoming illegal to ship and possess.

I don't care if all that other crap disappears from the market. I tried a couple of the vapes and they were harsh as hell!
The biggest reason that I grow is I want to know what went into what I am smoking and ingesting. Even traveling to another state to get "Legal Weed", those concerns were still there. My concerns for what's on the shelves right now in my state, far exceed the concerns of buying"Legal Weed",......................... to the 'N th' power!

And yes, the Delta 8 and 10 and other stuff scare me.

My dad kept buying disposable delta 8 vapes from the head shop because the guy would swear its more powerful than real weed.
Of course it wasn't. And I tried to explain to my dad that delta 8 is way less common, so the amount of refining they have to do to the shit that comes out of the hemp plants means that I'm not very sure about how safe it is.

When I was cleaning out dad's apartment after he passed, I found a whole box full of used vapes. And most of them had tooth marks on them, like he was like biting down, lol. WTF.
