This is how my 4lb Prime Rib turned out.

Each of my 11 years olds ate one of the inner slices. Dad and I split the thick outer slice and my wife had the other outer slice.
We had some pre made sides for mashed potatoes and mac and cheese. I'm not super choosy, I just like sitting down to a nice meal with family. And thats what we did.

Just read that there was an attack on 3 sub stations up near Tacoma Wa. early this morning knocking out power for a bunch of people.....that is some evil shit to do with this kind of weather going on....
