Have seen very few people outside of the south put relish in them. But as we know, Texas isn't part of the south. It's Texas!

Same dressing for potato salad and tuna salad minus the yolks. I’m an old fire house cook you may like it. Lol

Relish seems to be a southern thing. I make all kinds of funky deviled eggs. My favorite is probably the one with terragon, capers, dijon, and a fried oyster on top. My wife and the girls made pounds of various Christmas candies. Sugar messes me up and I had too much. Hard to stay out of.

Definitely No relish up here
... she has done some with horseradish which is pretty good but much of the time just normal mayo mustard and the red stuff
