Question for ya. Saw the deviled eggs you made. Do you or peeps in where you are put relish in deviled eggs or is that a southern thing? @Fermented_Fruitz, peeps do that in Texas?

Speak of the devil...ed eggs... We have a special deviled egg on the menu at my restaurant, changes at least twice a week. Tonight, for xmas eve, i did
Red and green chimichurri with fried duck skin

I make em with mayo, dry mustard, and a bit of apple cider vin
