Forgot to mention yesterday that I was watching a family of river otters in our lower pond/swamp, cute little buggers!

They can be quite amusing and entertaining.

Oh they were, the first appreciable snowfall of the "winter" and they were slip sliding all over the place in the snow,,,I was probably 100 yards/meters away in a tree stand and was watching them thru 10x binocs when the snow would let up enough to see them.

She was super excited, jumping around like a jack rabbit

They sure grow quick, but that's a good thing. Puppies are cute but lots of work. She was the runt of a litter of 16 pups lol

That's one aspect of deer hunting I've loved since a little boy.........watching ALL of the animals.

Oh yeah thanksgiving has come again in the proper household…..Wife wanted to cook a turkey yesterday but it wasn’t thawed enough so she put in the oven this morning a cooked it before work now we got leftovers for the week
