Checked the turkey I put in the fridge for thawing...damn thing still frozen solid, gonna have to start setting it out on counter to get that process moving along more...and gotta start cleaning out the fridge of anything I can because with just us two there's gonna be a lot of leftovers...

You can thaw it in ice water in the sink. Just needs to be partially defrosted today to be good to go by Thursday

…..I’m not sure if you deal with any chronic pain issues, but I notice that mushrooms wipe out any pains I’m having. You ever notice anything like that?
