I found the leak! Is this a plumber necessary fix?

Yes and No depending on how confident you feel about doing copper.....looks to be about an inch under the join so either there's a pinhole through the pipe or a channel from the join under the solder (which could have corrosion in it that would prevent a good seal). A Plumber is your best bet for peace of mind since it's behind the wall. But if you wanna try it shut off water, drain the pressure, heat with a torch to reflow the solder, let it cool (10 min at most) turn water on to check. If no leak, decide if your comfortable with your repair, if leaks in same spot there most likely a pin hole from internal corrosion and pipe needs replacing.
