Another rent house came empty and it was a damn nasty mess.
Just about got it back in shape. Can't wait to start my fall grow and hang around here more.

Man, what a friggin day! You guys know I'm usually try to positive on here, but today can go F itself!!! Got the Mondays, old lady bustin balls all day, the full moons, and no lube whammy. Mostly my mental mistakes which pisses me off to no end....sorry to harsh the mellow, but still about to blow a gasket! Need to take a page out of @Dabber's book
