My mom makes a salsa she calls smoke and fire and she makes the salsa and then runs it prob 18-24 hours in shallow pans in her lil electric wood smoker and its by far her most popular! She rarely has extra jars cuz its bought almost as soon as she makes it!
Im picky about smoked food! Donāt like brisket but u can smoke some chicken or a turkey and i will tear it up! Actually first year i went to my sisters for thanksgiving i almost didnāt touch the turkey because it was smoked but gave it a shot and now i love it!
