Trying to go get work done but i gotta lay here and hope the pain stops. My neighbor across the street needs a new shower valve, i like him so I don't mind, i couldn't sleep but I woulda gotten woken up anyway, that guy that I got no idea who he is called at 2 am to vent n then Sharmain the customer of mine that had the failed heart transplant has been texting me since 530 having panic attacks about getting work done at her house. Text after text paragraphs long.

I went coffee bean shopping today. I was like a kid in a candy store

All over the world, I cannot wait.

I will be blending coffee in my dreams tonight........... Good Morfnoevight all!

We have several small local chains here but I've only found one I consistently like. All their coffee is excellent and they get fresh "seasonal" rotations from loads of exotic far off places. I have noticed the really good stuff has crossed into the $30/lb range. The regular is still great at $20/lb and with grocery store coffee either shrinking the bag, pushing $15/lb, or turning into total burned crap eh, I'll be sticking to the fancy stuff.

How do you like to brew? I'm a chemex/V60 fan at the moment. Used to be only French Press but the chemex made some of the more subtle flavors more noticeable to me and I can't smell or taste worth a darn.
