Im feeling better. Now Im off the opiates my head is starting to clear up eating again going back to work tomorrow so not good but better on my way to good.

Fortunately I don’t think we’re that hot here but getting pretty warm for up here truck say 93f and it’s humid that the worst if it wasn’t for the humidity it might not be as bad

Humidity kills as often as the heat itself does. A person can do a lot of cooling though sweating, as long as they drink and get enough salt. But in really high humidity, sweat won't evaporate, so bugger all cooling effect, just overheated dehydration. Bad combo that.

Boiled peanuts and a coke...old timers trick in southern US where humidity is off the charts. Replenishes salt and sugars. Aka "keep the monkey off your back".
