Thanks for the reps @Mañ'O'Green .....it is going to be a battle letting that get through a cure without more sampling. Some very good meds there. Storm front moving in had me just about crippled and I have been bouncing around all day like a young stoner.

I've been taking a wet towel to bed. When I'm watching TV on a hot night I also soak my feet in cold water. Both things work extremely well!

wet towel in bed. that is just bad. really bad. I'm really lucky, it, so far, always cools off at night here. I doubt that I would sleep much under or on a wet towel

Well peeps, all the recent talk about IPA seems to have been churning away in the back of my brain. And not only that, the dearest must have been reading my mind. She came back from the dairy with both her red wine, and lo and bloody behold a couple large cans of Stanley Park Trail Hopper IPA. One of which I just dug out of the freezer where it has been cooling off since we got home. Soon to be savoured to the last drop.
