I had an MRI the other day and was amazed at the things it found. It found inflammation in the nerve I’ve been trying to get fixed, so that was good. Then it found tendonosis in my hamstring I didn’t know I had. It also found a cyst in my neck that is the likely cause for pain that occasionally radiates down my arm.

They kept asking me if I was claustrophobic and I kept reassuring them I wasn’t. I was lying because I really wanted this thing done and intended to just suck it up. I also didn’t think I’d be so far into the machine. I made it though!

The next step now is to have the surgeon snip that fucking nerve.

How long and what temp do you Decarb your cannabis in the oven for butter? I did 220°f for 40min....

One step at a time right? Now you know there is an issue, it can be fixed, and no more wondering if it's just you, did I sleep wrong, lift something, etc...

Yes, thanks for asking. Actually today felt like my first day back to a more normal routine. It feels comfortable

It alway takes us a few days to adjust...to the Quiet........ ...funny..the dogs get exhausted too......

How are things in the land of tea and crumpets? Been a few years since I have been. Had some friends in both Liverpool and Mansfield area up north.

I'm English....but...I live in Spain......... .....but I could just eat a crumpet......dripping with lurpak...........unfortunately....we are gluten free.....Boo......
