I made the mistake of planting a ton of vining veggies last year and then immediately getting covid and didn't go outside for like a month. Whole yard turned into a jungle of vegetables lmao, so I've got volunteers in the weirdest places (like in Pea gravel and full shade between a Japanese maple and the fence
#3 and I started making room box dioramas this weekend. I got a few pieces of dollhouse furniture from dollar tree. She wanted a desk, I went while she was at grandma's. I got a desk, dresser, and bookshelf for me. She took my bookshelf lmao. It's fine, I'll make one (not like I've got any shortage of cardboard). Anyhoo, she started painting hers tonight, I carved mine some with a box cutter and added a back to it. Want to build a little hutch thing over it (like a secretary desk) and make like a dark academia type study. We're both making offices, don't ask me why that's just what she picked lol. Oh man well, that’s not the worst problem to have, at least the vegetables! And you may even get a chance to let nature show you what likes to grow where in your yard Or that she really doesn’t care she just grows
Idk what the pre-made stuff is, they were $1 each, I'm assuming it's all balsa but I know basically nothing about this stuff. The wood I've added are popsicle sticks. She'll be 9 next month so I'm trying to squeeze as much fun stuff in before she hits that "wants nothing to do with mom" age

Yeah, it's only 23x18 though so there's not much choice to be had in the matter I'll take ant type of vegetation over the scale dirt it was over winter though. Trying to establish some Clover back there but it's tough with dogs lol
My thumbs are achey, I probably would have been better off with a fresh xacto blade but all I had handy was the box cutter and the blade I used to cut the carpet off the stairs a few weeks back
