Long day in the sun then met up with a buddy for a couple beers..... a bit hurt'n today. It's going to be another rough one today in this heat AND hungover.

Exact opposite of me........ ..the cold kicks my nerve damage off.............

Winter time brings a whole new set of nerve and skeletal issues, just not as bad as the summer weather fronts affect my lumbar/sac region.

It's kind of a task driven day today. With any luck I can slam through it and get out before it hits peak heat time. Might need to visit the inlaws pool.

Used to drive hubby Nuts....... ...but I didn't get hangovers...even when I'd Eaarned them...........



Gotta be 2.5 years since I had a drink now..........still fancy one when the insomnia gets real bad...just to sleep....but hey......not been really tempted......................yet............
