I went through a lot of papers before getting some good silicone coated stuff, it is far better than the best other stuff I have used. Don't have any pics with me, but @Mañ'O'Green put me on to it, and likely has a pic for you.

I don’t need paper its just what the stuff i bought was slapped in between when i picked it up! Didn’t make for easy collection once i got home!
