True, but I feel the same way I do about super valuable cars, guitars, anything that is worth so much that you can't/dont use it for its intended purpose. Its like growing the best weed ever, but no one's allowed to smoke it you just keep it on a shelf for everyone to look at.
 
Going out for lunch in a few. Local place that has a decent regional dish : Burgoo!

I've only been able to find the sanitized version with beef, chicken, and pork. I've been on the lookout at the farmers markets and small meat market shops for the "real" version. Which is venison, rabbit, and squirrel or frog. Definitely a hunters mix. Appalachia has it's charms but I think we are too far from the wilds to get the real thing.

That's why I like to do multi strain runs..

You know, if I grow four different strains at once in four tents I'll get to the end of the stock at some point mid millennia in 3000 AD.
