They’ve had the child tax credit here and was expanded under last president! Biden is just trying to make it permanent! Also think he was trying to get it paid out monthly vs 1 lump sum on your income tax return!

Yup...in the UK family allowance has been a Thing since I was a Kid...... ...Yeah.....a Long time.............

It Used tobe payable to everyone who had children.....poor home or millionaire.......but I'm sure it is income based now....if you have low wages you qualify..
