I hate to agree, but when the bar is set so low, I really have no choice          :pass:

I’ve contemplated the same, and come to the same general consensus…..plus, even if it is a crutch….crutches work

I’m starting to come to grips with the fact that this is a lifelong condition…. It’s my job to manage it (and a full time job it is….)…. If it goes away someday, then yay! Until then, I just do my best, and stay high :baked: Now, don’t get me started on the addition of chronic pain….
I kept it bottled up for a very very long while! I usually kept it bogged up long enough that when I got back home I could go to the garden or some other farm chore and work it off. There was always something to do there!

When it got worse was when I wasn't physically able to work it off!

So I just exchanged one method of coping for another.

You just gotta be pragmatic about it dude. Go with what works at that time! Sometimes it's hard as **** to figure out which way to go!

damned gas chamber in gas mask training!
Haha did you ever have to go through OC training? Ugh….. was about a thousand times worse…..

Fun fact, gas chamber training even came in handy on one of my deployments….. I was hit with a large cloud of cs, and the training kicked in, and I was able to calmly breathe my way through it and continue what I was doing (nothing good)…..
