Just has happened to me a bunch of times in the past and the plant's leaves look familiarWasn’t his question as to why the buds felt dense at harvest and loose once dry? If i had to guess i would say maybe shoulda waited a couple extra weeks to harvest! Maybe stab em with a moisture meter beforehand to make sure not holding a bunch of extra water weight cuz then i would assume they’d shrink a bunch during drying! And a plant usually gets its extra swell for size and density during last bit before chop!
I’m just guessing here tho! U know all my plants are ugly at harvest!
RBF S2 would be my choice.I don't know exactly what we or I am looking to do besides something good and not done already while keeping the linage alive. I was just trying to get an idea of the thought process from someone like you that's been at it awhile
I think you nailed it on the crosses I thought those were in there. I was looking through my stash found bobby's widow and CMD regs I thought about using but then realized I think that would be inbreeding
I like my original idea of RBF bring out the indica side maybe keep the color alive while also maybe increasing yield RBF does well there. Something out of the linage also

Outdoor bloodstone I grew on the right. Never got to smoke it. Mildew magnet. Plant on the left is stone dragon #5 I think

What do you mean not ideal shape? I remember likely mine it was slightly stretched out if I remember right but don't mind that it was fire is what I remember great yield good press and terps checked all the boxes for me
