Oh so the state is cool to traffic weed across state lines but when you do it you go to jail? Funny how that works huh?

The NYS dispos have to sell weed from licensed NYS farms, and keep chain of custody documents from farm to dispo, and it has to be tested for 10 microbiological contaminants (with pseudomonas for vapor products only), mycotoxins (4 Aflatoxins & 1 Ochratoxin based on tincture/oil matrix), trace elements (9 based on oral and inhalation), and declared pesticides, herbicides, and fungicides. The Indian dispos can sell whatever weed they want, and the guv says she won't harass them. I did wonder how the Indians get it here from Colorado. Air freight between legal states? Maybe they have massive underground grows of their own on the rez. Some of the Indian family dispos took classes in weed retailing. So Indian weed is a lot cheaper than NYS weed because of less regulation. Black market dispos in the cities are also thriving.
