Good morning... I want to apologize for my lack of interaction here. I haven't been feeling myself for some time, and have been trying to have it sorted. Apparently I'm like most plants grown indoor....

Man I'm starting to feel like I won't be able to afford to stay.. $2400 - $3200 per month barely gets you a studio apartment out here. Plus we're gonna be homeschooling my son in the next 2 years and the state charges 2k per year to keep your home registered as a private school. States like Idaho and texas don't charge you to homeschool so even though they are the hardest on weed, those states are looking mighty fine right about now.

My studio in SD is 2800.

I just cant seem to save a dime! Get a raise, rent goes up, lose your job, rent goes up, i live alone, and that makes it more expensive! Any time i get any small amount of money, something happens and i lose it. I finally paid off all my back owed child support from when ididnt work thru covid. I guess ill just have to wait until i win the lottery!

Yeah I lost my job due to covid then I had a son in 2021 and he had some medical stuff going on so me and the wife had to become full time caregivers to him which kept me unemployed cause it was either that or hire some company to send a bunch of random nurses to help take care of him and that was not an option for me . Luckily my wife has a really good job and works from home which got us through this. But now that my sons medical stuff is pretty much over with I'm gonna have to get back on the horse again soon so she can homeschool him. If it ain't one thing it's another! At first I was really depressed for not working but the bond that me and my son have is priceless. And as my father in law said, staying home with my son was my job. I didn't want to hear that at first but now I appreciate the fact that I didn't leave my wife with a nurse to do everything. Just a small speed bump life threw at us but we made it out alright. My son is actually having surgery on May 13th to get his trach out so we can finally start living a normal life and start thinking about moving. Alot of what kept us here was all the dr appointments.

You can homeschool in NJ for free without jumping through any hoops. 1BR apartments are 1600-1800 near me
