Well, technically Dude is my best friend, but I’m very close second…..ya know, an account of the fact that I have to laugh at both of our jokes. Dude doesn’t understand how to laugh. Simple beast.

Special kind of cold?, been there done that, north of Iceland in November on the flight deck....I don't think my toes have fully recovered yet from those steel toe flightdeck boots, portable freezers for your feet!

It took me so long to catch up it is time to go make linner, Bacon Cheeseburgers tonight. I made ~7# of chicken breakfast sausage and ~6# of chicken Italian sausage this morning. I used fresh sage (two kinds) and French Thyme in the breakfast sausage. The sample I cooked up was very good. The spices will infuse better after freezing.
