I Hate 4am ..... ..years of insomnia says it is the Worst hour of the day/24 hours....

Maybe that's why they call 0200 to 0400 the "Dog Watch" at sea. The other watches are traditionally 4 hours, but 000 to 0400 gets split into 2 watches of 2 hours each. @Talonxracer and @WildBill please correct me if I mis-speak, as I was never in the real navy.
