but here in california we dont know shit about pizza. you want bacon wrap hotdogs, tamales, or tacos on every corner, this is the spot. alot of good korean bbq and thai places too.

yeah and its okay but idk, something about tart fruit cakes that doesnt do it for me. now throw a half a pineapple on a few slices of bbq chicken and onion pizza and im in! id really rather just eat the fruit by itself but its not awful in pizza, just cant be a cheap whatever pizza. have you ever had al pastor tacos? here in la they serve them with a slice of pineapple. or been to a bbq with grilled pineapple? same concept right?
Shit, I could get down with an al pastor pizza :woody: Really just the ham/pineapple/mozz/tomato pizza that I've got issues with

That crispy cheese/crust combo is addicting….The way it sort of fries up against the pan. God….it’s good. Fuck. Pizzas out too.
"All things in moderation," mom used to say. I did have a couple slices of the lowest grade of a pizza facsimile (chucky cheese) at a 4 yr old birthday party on Tuesday. I only got 4 hours sleep that night, which is MSG symptoms for me. I get the frozen balls of whole wheat pizza dough at the supermarket and make my own pizza with a lot of veggies, marinara or pesto sauce, mozarella or feta. Pesto/feta broccoli, peppers, onions is a fave. I use large cans of crushed tomatos for the sauce, the unsalted kind and add olive oil, onion, garlic, celery, seasonings. If the kids are involved I get sliced pepperoni from the Italian market around the corner.

That would be awesome!! Use a combo of Oaxaca and quesa Fresca cheeses, top it with raw white onions and cilantro after it comes out….
Beauty of pizza is it's limitless. Million good ways to make a pizza. We've even got places here now that sling sausage, peppers, onion, scrambled egg slices with hot sauce for breakfast and it's bangin

Sounds tasty!!!

The issue with kidney disease isn’t the obvious one. In fact the case of pizza, believe it or not, the tomatoes are the danger. Yeah, the cheese isn’t great, and there’s usually too much salt, and the pepperoni is processed….but the tomatoes are high in potassium, which can build up to dangerous levels and kill you if your kidneys can’t filter it out. The other stuff causes some pain etc….but potassium can become a serious issue quickly.
