Nah….the vertebrae is what it is, it’s been so long…I already knew I had a broken one in my thoracic spine too…plus some herniated disc’s. Just trying to stay strong, to mitigate the pain. Shoulder also got fucked at the same time….so it’s a real hornets nest of issues that are really unfixable due to the wide spread nature…
Plus, the kidney disease will kill me eventually, it ain’t getting better. The diet is about prolonging the inevitable dialysis…
No real reason to embark on a decade of surgery and recovery when there’s like a 50\50 chance I’ll even be alive for that entire decade….and more than likely not two.
Turns out weed was the best medicine all along, since doc said it’s about all I can take…although no smoking, but dabs are okay
I’m a member of another, private growing forum. I posted a couple pics of some pizzas I made, and got compliments from the Italians, followed by a stern lecture about never, ever putting pineapple on pizzas
None of the pizzas I posted pictures of had pineapple, or any other fruit on them. Those folks are traumatized by what we’ve done to pizza over here

I actually love fruit on homemade pizza. Fuckin fantastic. My issue is the pineapple/tomato combination is offensive down to the very core of my soul I can totally get down with fruit dessert pizza though
Yup, I agree…..movement, circulation, and sweet sweet dabs
I’ve been working for the past three years to increase my strength in the area to try and help the pain…. And have gotten some success that way…although it’s been a journey….started with planks, worked my way up to pushups, and worked my way up to three sets of a hundred every day but Sunday. I’ve been able to increase the amount of work I can do before the pain sets in by about 50% that way. It’s still woefully inadequate, but better than nothing. Plus, that’s when you have increased excuses for extra dab breaks
