Personally, I’ve found the best help with 1/4 gram micro doses….I just use them when I feel the need. It’s a sub perceptible dose….honestly, it works the way we all hope anti depressants/anti anxiety meds worked..lol

That’s part of it….my ptsd definitely has an “ebb and flow” to it….sometimes it’s just subtle enough that you don’t even notice when it flares up….but only notice it by reflecting on your behavior for the past days

Antidepressants make me MANIC AF lol. Which, when I got my bipolar dx and did some research explained so much about the proceeding decade (begged to get tested for adhd in high school, dr was like nah she's just depressed, started on SSRIs and went off the chain) since they trigger major manic episodes for bipolar people. Concerta (for my adhd and the depressive part of my bipolar) and Lamictal (to help keep me stable and control my migraines) have been the best combo for me, with a wide variety of canna strains as maintenance meds for various aspects of my alphabet soup of dx. I've been more functional over the last 2 months since getting my correct adhd meds back than I was for the previous 13 months combined.

Well...bit the bullet and gonna try making my own cigs....had a lil price hike at store and the cut rate, bargain basement that I been smoking went up to 43.00 a carton......Bartender I know does it and hers taste much better and are smoother, plus it's natural tobacco without all the chemicals in it....will have to see if wife gets pissed cause she tried that bugler stuff a few years ago and hated it.

hell, i been makin me own cigz for yearz now....decadez even, lol i can smoke all month for around $35 or so....and trust me, i'm a heavy smoker, choo-choo! ppp

They all work the same from my experience, only difference is PE’s are stronger than the rest. Start with 1/8-1/4 gram doses…
