That High is just gonna stay sitting over the middle of the continent. The rest of the month is 99*F-104*F

Energy usage for cooling has been interesting. Sunday was a bit over 100*F. Energy used for growroom cooling was 13.29kWh. Cooling energy used in house cooling was only 7.39kWh. That's not using my central ac. I installed a fairly large window unit in the living room. It's one with a dual inverter. Start up load is very minimal. It could be easily ran on a generator and support other loads.
I really wished I had started growing in the bedroom from the beginning. I would have installed a window unit with the same tech as the other unit. The portable AC I'm using in the growroom has the same dual inverter tech, but it's a one vent style. Single Vent Exhaust causes make up air to be drawn in to the growroom, so it gives up a lot of efficiency. I had to block off the central AC vent to prevent hot air being drawn in from the AC venting sitting in the attic.

Hopefully the grid here stays up!

Blissfully Cool this morning.....cloud cover and cold humidity...........:pass:...it Feels good after the last week......

Ain't no Sunshine........but I Think the cloud will burn off........

I see you have an international tape measure...

Thanks for the rainbow reps and hopefully you day started with a smile!!! This song seems fitting to that. Sort of Tiny Tim meets the Doors with a weed reference for the chorus.

Anyone ever use Jacks 321? Know Cave Dirt Cody does as the Devil. Not a whole lot of info on what percentage to use for autos. Think I might try 65% and knock down the cal nitrate in flower and add some soluble calcium that MoG turns people on to.

Any pointers or comments? Growin in 70/30 coco/perlite

I've been running at 80% strength. Which it seems to work great for most plants but out of the whole tent last run, 2 had an issue once flowering started and my current plant has the same issue. Less severe this time so I'm not sure what caused it. MoG gave me some advice on running just the part A with the soluble gypsum for Cal as the "B" from Jacks has a lot of N. Also add the epsom salt as normal. I'm just waiting on the gypsum to arrive.

That said,

80% strength is actually the 321 ratio 3g A : 2g B : 1g epsom
I bump the epsom to 1.3g/gallon
Usually ends up around 700-715ppm / gallon

You could certainly try bumping down to 60 or 70% and see what works for you. I think that is likely MoGs suggestion with the 600ppm dilution. I did not find much information on autos with Jacks. @Cave Dirt Cody seems to absolutely kill it with whatever he uses.

There is a chart with the math already done here:

Hi !
I'm running 4 girls using BT line - really happy so far with the grow. But soon I will have to manage the space so :
Can someone direct me to some important readings about topping please ?
All I know is that it can be done above 4th node. I posted a photo in my related post.
I'm a bit nervous, looks like I'm going to kill her lol
