Man this OG Quartz cold start banger is awesome and looks good on my LQL rig. If you ever have a chance to get one of these bangers I think they are worth it but the price does scare off many. This one will be used on special occasions, cleaned and properly stored till next time.

Supposed to rain later today. Going to be nice living in a place with weather that's not just really hot and dry on repeat for the summer months. Vegas was nice. Running around the trails in the desert in the Jeep was fun (until I had to sell it), but don't miss the desert heat. Nice to be back in small town Colorado.

Tell me why (AIN'T NOTHIN' BUT A HEARTACHE) the section of fence from the shed to the gate is 7'1" (with a 1.5" gap between the two), the gate is 50", and the section from the gate to the fence is 8'7" (with a 2.5" gap between the back and side fence). That's a total of 240" or 20' exactly :face::face:

Why tf did they not do two 8' sections of fence and a 4' gate?!?

Fully aware of just how bad the "before" was  finished off the pavers today finally. Have to redo the poly sand since a lot of it immediately washed out the first time, but hubby wanted to powerwash all of it first. Its been 2 hours and still isn't totally dry yet. May or may not get that done today. About to get measurements to draw out how I'm going to do the paving in front of the shed, in the walkway of the gate, and then I think a brick path from the patio to the shed and shed to the gate. Small raised bed going in that last square of concrete, then pea gravel around the edges to cover the last of the concrete. Fence and finishing the drainage will be next after that, then putting in the last of the pathway work. Area under the tree will be getting a sandbox type dog potty area with a drainage rock base. Garden area will extend out to meet where the as of yet non existent raised bed ends with a pea gravel channel between and then will be getting framed in with chicken wire (I'm already down a cantaloupe and sweet potato plant, rabbits probably) and a door. If my swamp rose bounces back that will go against the fence near the shed, and then any remaining space along that side of the fence or between the patio and path I'm going to roll the dice on attempting to plant with native flowers and grasses, though if they survive my dumb dogs or not is yet to be seen. May get some of that short decorative garden fence stuff to try to deter them but we will see lmao. I'm just excited that there's finally an end in sight
You need that rabbit hutch occupied and in use. .....Good poop!:eyebrows::eyebrows::rofl::rofl::rofl:

And before anyone says "well the must have had a logical reason" I can all but guarantee they did not  I have yet to find a single logical reason for any of the WTF things they did while building this house, besides pure laziness. It was the 80s though so my general assumption was that everyone involved was doing boatloads of coke or smoking a bunch of crack or something.
