I always have music blaring to drown out the tinnitus.... otherwise it drives me crazier

I don't hear it or my wife unless I am paying attention. It used to be only in the right side for many years but now I have stereo. 90% of the time I tune it out.

I like music for the way it forces me to pay attention to something in the moment...keeps me outta my head.
