View attachment 1303871 Picking thunder battered Sage to stud some onions for roasting in with the pork shoulder....slipping them between the layers of a slightly softened onion.... ...pinch of salt....sliver of duck fat..with jelly.......oh Yum.....smell sensation.......

The Bees were annoyed when I was picking....but they are good...they just hover 'round me head humming at me until I finish........

I Love the sound @Bill.de.Cat ..my garden sings when it is warm......I find it hypnotic........

The Spanish wasps by comparison are bloody Savage.........

Hubby reacts badly to them....I did wonder if it was different venom here...but I got stung the other day and I was okay............touch wood....

He's just got nettled .......I Told him that is good for him.....
