Looks amazing mate.

Can't wait to join the ranks of dabbers, the rosin technique is a game changer.

Now anyone can , make some rosin for dabs in seconds with minimal set.

So as soon as my next crop is ready I'm gonna make some :D

I need to buy a relatively inexpensive rig and was wondering if anyone could suggest one.

It seems to me most people are now domeless but was also wondering is, what type of nail people like, titanium vs ceramic and did I hear there are quartz nails too?

Might as well also ask, is there is a preferred model/brand of hot tongs people like.

I was thinking a wide plate with variable temp but so far haven't settled on one.

thanks arty

Have a look for a rig here bro http://www.bong-shop.biz/search/Oil-rig?q=Oil rig&tree-11402-page=2 their in Germany and half the price of everywhere else,I've ordered a Grace Glass Oily Heidi and a Black Leak triple Honeycome for like £62 shipped for both.

Quartz or Ceramic are the way to go bro for a cleaner hit, there are a few styles...nail and dome, domeless (you will need a carb if your hitting low temp dabs),Banger ,Honey Bucket etc all will do the job well.

Remington seems to be popular when it comes to tongs bro.

Good afternoon AFN dab heads:pass:
Starting the afternoon off with some @mephisto Tyrone Special

Made from some 160µ dry ice hash.

I'm with @TaNg on creamic or quartz:thumbsup: Much better taste.
My preference is the quartz honey bucket.
I scored a Revlon hair straightener from goodwill for $7US.
It has a 1"/25.4mm wide and 3"/76.2mm long heating surface.
Works well for me as I do small runs.
It too has a variable heat setting(jog dial).
My entire dab set up paid for itself in the first run.
And the flavor is amazing too.
You get to sample the true essence of each plant:pass:

Thanks brother :) I'm gonna head there now and check them out.

That's a great price, I was expecting to pay around the £60 mark these prices have made my day.

For some reason I like the sound of the quartz, think I gonna go domeless and a carb.

Lower temps mean better terpene flavors and I'm all for that.

I posted as vid you might be interested in, in the vapor chamber, it's a new vape called the DipStick, you don't have to load capsules, you just put it into your oil, wax, rosin etc and vape away. Here's a link - The DipStick Vape

Gordon Bennett that's one hell of a shop..

Gonna take my time and really have a good look before I make my decision.

Bongs have really come on, liking the look of the perculators.

Damn that looks good, can't wait to give it a go and make some myself.

That's great info bro and I'm looking forward to that flavor.

Rosin has taken off like a rocket, just to think until march this year no one was making it with their girls heat tong lol

I was reading somewhere that they were using 90 micron screen when pressing, to keep out any particulate matter , for a cleaner rosin.

thanks

All looks amazing and I see my future.

However, I've got to represent.... here and now I don't dab, I hit buckets

No disrespect to the thread people, one day I'll get there.

I'm guess this means your not from the US.

When I've mentioned buckets to US guys they don't know what I mean.

They call them gravity bongs.

I made one of these at Glastonbury festival, outside a cinema tent and was giving away buckets to people who had never seen one before, then we all went tin the cinema tent and watched Asterix the Gaul (can't rember which one).

We used to make glass buckets with big wine bottles and drop a dinner knife down the neck to knock out the bottom, the same bottles got used for hot knifes too.

I haven't had a bucket in years but my bro still likes to and his cat likes to drink the water, I'm guessing that some of the oily goodness floats on the waters surface and the cat gets off on it.

Thanks Arty:toke:
I prefer to press dry ice hash.
Most folks who do the same use a 25µ pressing screen to filter out the fine particulates.
I don't go that far.
As long as I can see through it, I know I got a decent press and recovery:thumbsup:
