Indoor Jean-O's Genetics Autoflower seed Run Finish

So I recalibrated the PH pen today again and rechecked the water and it was reading 8.2. I honestly have no plans on doing anything about this just mainly bought the instruments out of curiosity to see mainly where I was at with the water situation. The PPM reading was a bit more of a swing down to 120 today from 235 I think yesterday.

Possibly still the operator
I can definitely see how this could cause an issue for a new grower trying to use these things and going mad chasing your tail causing issues.

I'm of the opinion currently that it aint broke so I aint fixin it. I may have to do a side by side grow with my regular routine watering and feeding and a plant that I am trying to PH properly and see if it makes any difference and or if its worth the extra effort.

Damn Jeano those are trees your pulling up 🌳
They were some nice ones last year. Covers birthdays and holidays for the family for the year and everyone is always happy!

I don't plan on growing big plants this year but that's not up to me I haven't asked the girls what they have in plan for the season yet... I know I have the soil set on super charged maximum efforts..

I’ve never tested my water. lol
Now you have me curious. One of these days I’ll get around to it.
I never had either
Honestly though now that I have the information, don't think I really feel like I want or need to do anything about it

Now I know that getting stoned and being curious on Amazon can cost you like 30$. Now that is valuable information! LOL This is something that I should probably do something about.....:crying:

I check my water every day. That's a pretty big swing, but either of those numbers are considered pretty clean water for most of the US. Shouldn't need any calmag. What might be going on is that it can take a while to measure ppm. The meter has to take a temperature and calculate off that so it needs to settle. You can get totally different ppm/EC readings if you take a 15 second test vs a 5 minute test. I usually put the meter in and smoke a cigarette and then check, and the numbers are pretty consistent. Ph will read pretty quick

If you use salt nutients, they will drop the pH. Maybe enough that your water ends up being in range. Your high ppms might explain why your genetics usually produce some hungry girls.

Less is more for me regarding my grow, once my soil got fully developed. If you are happy with results then maybe just one of those 'non-issues', that requires no action. Have you tested runoff?, just for the ugly fun of it, lol....
