The Blue Dog and Forgotten Cookies which were my pollen donors this round. The forgotten cookies was my last bean from Mephisto and was a very lucky one at that, in the beginning of this run she was dug up bye one of my cats and was pretty much dried and shriveled up on top of the dirt when I saved her dug a new hole and watered the shit out of her. She struggled for about a week or so before she bounced back and I could not be happier I decided to go for her after the trouble. They have both been self crossed and also crossed to each other on different branches. Probably 3 weeks remaining here with these 2 girls but damn are they stinky and sticky........

I went through and re-organized my seeds and found 3 of my original F1 crosses of the Blue Dog im pretty excited to see I still have a few of them.

Black N Blue 74 days from seed and 53 days into flower. Super frosty girl starting to get a little fade coming on and pulling up some color into her. I plan to start to flush her over the next week and hopefully harvest this girl next weekend at 60 days into flower.

I may go a little longer than a week if the trics still look good and the color keeps coming on strong though. This girl looks like she is trying to win a beauty contest for sure.

I can't say which I drool over most! these auto's are shaping up beautifully Jean, fine works going on here-
BD's aroma appeals to me most so far, berry and fuel is an interesting combo,... It's one reason why I picked up HSO Black DOG!
... SK is a photo I gather? I love strawberry too, but have has no luck with such named cultivars so far,.. Strawberry Amnesia was an iffy chance truth be told, but the Strawberry Nuggets I grew was a total wiff, she was all 24Carat in smell...
LBH has an auto called Queens Gold that looks promising, and if you haven't oggled his website, have a look sometime! He's an excellent breeder, always tests well here if infrequently... His work with Hazes is superb, and his auto Hazes are still some of the best, and not-so-many years ago, could not be beat! Rumor has it he's coming out with some fem's, but no specifics or even word yet...gotta chase that down! If you're looking for reg's to work with, he is a gold mine-
As for the rose aroma Meph' girl, that's all up in the air... Rose Especial isn't very consistent with the rose aroma, may be linked to the more purple pheno'? I've not seen but a couple grown so far... Either way, to flesh it out would mean a multi-plant grow out, and the timing is a whole other matter! With tents it'd far easier but that ain't happenin'! ...And still, an S1 is more likely to get the result I want. It's all up in the air so far, future fog is still thick...

Final stretch here with the girls. Day 54 thru 58 in flower with the girls. Im probably going to run about 10 more days. Today I turned the power down on the grow from roughly 500 to 400 watts I started running my dehumidifier and dropped the RH in the cab down to 35% and kicked on the exhaust fan which i havent been running since winter kicked off to drop the temps earlier this week to around 70 with the lights on and 67 F in the dark time. Light schedule is still at 18 and 6. I pulled the loupe out today and peaked at the trics and they are all cloudy the Black and Blue has some amber probably 5% I could take it any time actually could take them all at any time but just want some good healthy beans out of these momma's ... I got some good old blurple pics to peep at tonight! Been busy all week at the shop and im beat but wanted to share how things were going lol... should have time this weekend to get some better pics I have some beautiful color going on in the cab right now. I started to flush them all pretty heavy might be a bit redundant since im using organic dry amendments and it has been roughly 3 weeks since my last top dress but my well water im sure has a pretty high ppm since its tapped into a natural spring and taste like minerals never tested it though anyways on top of that I like to do a 48 hr dark period with my indoor plants prior to harvest. These critters I plan to cut as a whole plant and hang to dry in the dark for roughly 5 to 7 days. I usually sample as soon as its dry a joint or bowl then another small sample a week later but usually try to wait to fully get into the stash till its cured in a glass jar for a month. I try to burp the jar once a day for the first week and if I find the flower is a bit too damp after the first day or 2 ill pull the bud out and let it sit out over night in my trimming treys then back into the jar. Anyways LOL bla bla bla same old shit different day and Im stoned and typing on the internet hahahaha sorry for anyone who wasted their time reading all this lol.

The Strawberry Kush is an auto I got a few kinds of strawberry auto beans off a friend I love the aroma it has, hopefully it stays through the dry and cure. Not sure which of them im most excited about this round either everything is stacked up pretty thick and dense The Black and Blue has the least appealing smell to me so far with the peppery skunk aroma. For some reason that pepper terp chocks me real bad and im just not a fan of coughing any more.
