Was it just a seed run or did you make breeding improvements. I think I was stoned a little bit when I posted that. Not sure what ya mean?
I'll be taking the RBF to R5 this run but i also have other plans for it. I'll be outcrossing to the Duke and Kush Kush. The Kush Kush is Bent Spoon x Stilton x 3BOG which the Bent Spoon was used in making the RBF so that will be a sort of a BX to the Kush lineage that's in the RBF. The Duke leans heavy on the Cookies side of its lineage, most phenotypes have a Blueberry Muffin flavor which should pair up nicely with the creamy terps from the RBF.Was it just a seed run or did you make breeding improvements. Just getting into breeding and reading as much as i possibly can on the subject. There isnt alot of info on why you implement different types of breeding, as fas as reversing and back crossing, is the reason you take it all the way to R5 to strengthen the traits you like or are you looking for different pheno expressions or just stabilizing the strain further? Thank you in advance?I'll be taking the RBF to R5 this run but i also have other plans for it. I'll be outcrossing to the Duke and Kush Kush. Everyone is going to have different goals when it comes to breeding and certain projects could have different goals when it comes to a desired outcome. Taking the RBF out to the R5 is my attempt at stabilizing the phenotype that i have been chasing with the line. Currently there is roughly 3 different phenotypes with that line and I am attempting to get that down to 1 stable Rootbeer terpy pheno that has the Kush like plant n flower structure. Using a cultivar in an outcross can show you which traits are more dominant in that cultivar.Just getting into breeding and reading as much as i possibly can on the subject. I have always stuck to Colloidal silver for my reversals because it's the less expensive route to go over STS sprays. I personally prefer Feminized seeds so most of my projects go in that direction. If you ever have any questions feel free and I'll gladly help if I'm able.
I've been pollen chucking and making seeds for a long time but have only been into breeding seriously for the last about 8 years now.
