Haha! I grew up in NY, but now am 100% Cali! The plants will be in 3gallon fabric pots, but bringing them in the house is a no go with the misses. I can bring them in the garage, but that won’t be better. I am looking into these covers that shade the plants on the hottest days. Heard good things about them. We shall see! Will be fun!

Going to have to pick your brain on this one bro. I am also from NY but moved the opposite direction than you did. Western NY or Eastern NY, that is the real question now...

PM me to continue this if you dare, but I don't really need to know. No one does on this site!

Day 6

So far the growth of the plants in the water is very close in size to where the ANQ and Glueberry grows were. The DWC plants are already showing faster growth than the plants in solo cups. I wish I had the space to really do that experiment. As it is, though, the Lemon Zkittlez are heading outside in another week or so.

The cabinet is HOT. Already averaging over 90 degrees. It isn't definitely reminding me of my first grow, when I wished I waited until Fall, instead of attempting a summer grow with a cabinet in a hot uninsulated garage. However, nothing ventured, nothing gained. The leaves on the plants are still okay, so the heat isn't but really affecting them.

Ppms in the water is about 600 now, with ph at 6.1 and holding.

Day 7

Plants have started to take off since the roots hit the water. A lot of growth each day. It is HOT though. Clearly they don't love the heat, but seem to be adapting. They will need to continue that trend cause it won't get any cooler through this grow. I am not expecting much, but love the challenge of trying to get them through the summer heat.

A little ahead since she hit the water first.

My soil grow is looking good too. These lemon Zkittles photos will be transplanted outside in a week or so. Good luck to them with the summer heat!

Thanks! Will keep you posted!
