Heres a little LST guide i made up... ive trained a plant or 2 and it works. I alo grew this same strain and its a big plant that yielded very well when fed right.

Thank you man! However my plants are on 58th day so I won't change my LST technique now ^^. If you please take a look on my previous post you will see I am struggling with yellowing leaves now :(. Any advices to that?

You should read Ed Rosenthals marijuana growers handbook. It's the text book of "oaksterdam University" in California it has an immense amount of info that is not readily available online that not many know.. it also explains the science behind everything. I highly recommend it. I got it a few years back and still go back to it all the time.
For 45 watts your definitely doing a good job.
As for the yellowing of leaves from the bottom up this happens naturally at the end of the plants life. It can also be indicative of a N deficiency.

*Edit* now looking at the pics on the previous page.. your in the preflower stage looks to me that you need more N they stretch at that point and require nitrogen to do that. Your plant is feeding itself using the lower leafs so it can continue

Thanks for the advice! I shall get that book soon :). Yea 45W was a f***ing mistake but now can't afford anything more. Hope will get around 20g per plant ^^. I gave them extra nutrition with nitrogen and i have the feeling they stopped yellowing. I mean the ones which are yellow were yellow before but no new leaves are becoming yellow :). Right now they are in full flowering stage. I can't upload the photos for the moment but next Monday I will :). Thanks for your time and help :)

Thank all of you guys! @Slater Do you think it is possible with that poor light and small pots? I have experienced a lot of negative agression on other forums. People yelling at me that I have started growing with such a poor set up ^^. It's nice to finally find the place where people are positive!!!
New update guys, tomorrow i'm leaving my flat for 3 days. The light schedule is automatic 18/6. Next photos will be uploaded in few days :)
BTW. about the training I have seen you drag it down to the bottom very hard - horizontally. I was wondering if i should put more pressure on my plants and try to drag them lower than they are now @budelee . How often do you think I should nute it? Right now i do one watering with nutritions in recommended dosage and one watering free and so on. Is it good idea? Sorry for so many questions and bullshit but I want to learn as fast as I can :).

No problem ... Glad to see your N problem was solved. Yeah read the book, understand it then you'll get huge yeilds of top quality stuff like a pro

The effected leaves will stay how they look as long as no more are showing the same signs then your in the clear

Hello everyone! Some time passed. Sorry for no updates but had a little bit of work to do. Anyway! Day 68 today! Girls are growing good even though the lower leaves are yellowing - i think it's just a matter of the age. There is one small issue. I have noticed small white maggots coming of the pot with the water. Here is the photo - very small white maggots moving around:

I hope it won't kill my plants before harvest :(. Is there any homemade way to get rid of those?
Here are the photos of my girls:

let me know what you think guys! Take care!

@CTb1 @Slater @Bub Veiser @budelee Any advices about those maggots and overall? Should I still add the nutes? The nutes i put now is fully organic. They are in day 70 today. When should I expect harvest? TBH the best for me would be to harvest them in 10 maximum 14 days from now. When should I flush and should I do it at all using the organic nutes?
Here is the photo of two girls next to each other in my 'grow corner'.

BTW they started smelling really intense. Any homemade ideas for smell absorption except coffee in the small container?

No idea what the maggots are about, a pro might be along with a remedy for that. If your going to do a flush I would start now. As if and when they are ready you could do with taking a look at the trics close up... All cloudy and you are good for a trippy high, hang on for some amber trics for more of a the heavier hit.

Should I do a flush? Is it worth it if i'm using the nutrition 100% organic? What would be the difference you think?

Looks like you could use more time with those...they dont look mature at all. I'd say keep feeding it nutes for another 2.5 weeks then a week to 10 days of only water. What nutrients are you feeding them now?

For the bugs you can use hydrogen peroxide which is cheap and most have it at home:
  • Mix one part of additive-free 35% hydrogen peroxide with ten parts water
  • This will give O2 to you plants which the roots will love
  • This will kill any beneficial organisms in your soil
If this doesn't get them all you could sprinkle diatomaceous earth on them. This is very cheap also and highly effective just sprinkle on top of those bastards.
You best kill them before they turn into flying things.
Have you noticed anything flying in your plants?
Also after you hit them with the hydrogen peroxide let the top couple inches dry up and don't keep it too wet. Moist conditions makes them thrive.

As for the smell..you can use sprays, incense etc.. OUTSIDE of your room. Or you can grab a small tub of ONA gel and put it in front of the door of the room your plants in NOT right near your plants. You wont smell anything anymore.
