Not sure on Pawnbrokers Act but from reading it basically says the Pawn Broker must return item to Owner at NO CHARGE .......

They Passed the Pawn Brokers Act and then attached the Marijuana Bill to Pawn Bill so that when Bill passed thru Senate to the House - the bill had to be voted on as written either vote yes or no, no changes .....

Grows allowed for medical card holders and infraction for others five plants and under .....

@BISCUITS - Medical Card and away we can grow five plants which is reasonable ...... NORML will continue to push for home grow and that time will come too, maybe two more years ...... meanwhile five plant grow and under is infraction with $100-$200 fine ...... better than what we had ...

Nationally a huge development with Supreme Court and DEA .... Ruling stating DEA needs to reschedule marijuana or else - So more hope on federal level as pressure continues to mount against opponents......

What happens if you grow 6 plants? Will people with foid cards have to give up there gun rights to use a dispensary like medical patients do in Illinois?

The fine is cheaper then the medical card lol I always was a gambling man. I only grow 3-4 at a time now so not much will change in my world and they can pry my FOID card from my cold sticky fingers

Six would be a criminal offense ..... Now you could have five full grown and a dozen babies under 5 inches and be OK but if one of those plants is over five inches, it is considered a plant ......

So in theory you could have a plant finishing and a new one starting, so long as the new plant is under five inches ......

But the murky area I see is the legal possession limit of 30 grams - even a poorly grown girl should produce 30 grams so if you have five plants at 30 grams each how much are you holding?

On the surface yes but repeat offenses would add up .....

But so long as you grow inside and out of public eye and don’t blab mouth off, you’ll be fine - Just watch how much stash you keep and who you smoke with, as i have been doing for over 50 years now anyways, should be a breeze really!

Funny how the limits are always screwed up. Medical in RI allows 12 plants in each stage. Max possession is 2 ounces. Ummm yeah

I love how the main opponents were the police who are facing a huge loss of funding if they lose all of the civil asset forfitures and 'drug war' funding. Now they might actually have to go after real criminals and leave folks with a gram in the ash tray alone.
