@MrOldBoy you know what’s up. Do you live in Illinois? I believe our state government to be among the most corrupt in the country. It has been that way since the days of Capone or earlier probably. Yes the dispensaries sell over priced sub par weed that is ALL grown by Phoenix Botanicals hydroponically with salts as far as I know. To this day I have yet to see an all organic soil grown product because the only “craft” artisan quality herb is in my closet. All the patients I blaze with are blown away with my TLO grown autoflowers. They will usually pull out some dispensary bud and claim it to be the best ever and it’s just ok in my opinion so when they are done talking it all up I will pull out my TLO delicacy (usually an auto haze of some sort) and usually Mephisto too. It won’t be long before they shut the fuck up and start drooling over my bud and forget all about that “best ever” shit they brought with them. When I tell them it’s an autoflower they usually don’t believe me

Then there is Jesse Hernandez who opposed madigan in a race and lost but Jesse did not stop there he took case to court and now madigan is finding himself under fed investigation......

Oh and then the State treasure guy - the list goes on and on .... yep, state where governors make license plates!

I can't find any verbage that says growing outside won't be allowed. The only thing I can find is that it says plants must be out of public View. Well I have that covered, nobody can see on my property unless they actively walk on my property and make an effort to see it. Which also means getting past my blue heeler...

And a solution for those that don't have the property I have would be a greenhouse

It was never allowed in MI either when it first started the medical program but now that it is fully legal for 21+ idk. In states that do allow it you have to have your plants growing in a secured area that covers all sides and the roof (like a greenhouse with a locked door and some pits,German shepherds and Rottweilers roaming the premises that includes a 12’ razor wire surrounding the property. That should do it. Kinda like cookin meth.They are trying to protect the children is the argument

I dont think this is totally correct, Illinois proposal and other states say things like ," must not be within public View" which means you can grow outside but if your neighbors call on you you might have to chop them down

They just can't be in plain sight. The wording says drones, planes and binoculars don't count, they just can't be visible via our eyes. I'm tucked back in the forest nearly 1000 feet, my first legal babies are going in the veggy garden. :smoking:

They just passed a .25 cent per gallon gas tax hike and are proposing a 1000 dollar yearly fee for EVs, since they dont use gas....fuck this state

Oh how I miss Illinois !!! Been living in HELL (Arizona ... so hot in the summer you think you're in Hell) since 83 & hate it here. One season all year long ... It Sucks !!!
I want 4 seasons again & a house with a basement which is next to impossible to find in AZ. 5 more years till retirement & I can finally move back. By then things should be plenty legal in Illinois so this should work out great for me.
