NEWS Illinois Legalizing Jan 1st 2020!!

It will cost about $200-300 for the doctor and another $100 per year to keep your medical card. Is this true about losing your FOID card and gun rights?

Read question 11(e) on Federal Form 4473 and you will see for yourself...

Per Federal law if you get a medical card you lose your 2nd amendment rights.

No idea IF they have prosecuted anyone under that, but the point is, they CAN.

I have a CCW that has reciprocity in about 3/4 of the country, and the possibility of losing my 2nd rights is the main reason I will not get a med card.

Hard to like this post other than awareness of our rights and the violations being handed down, unjustified.

Hopefully Congress will address this wrongful human rights violation and many more violations of citizens and their rights.

Leaders are listening and advocates are working hard - Let’s all do our part and vote and correspond with our representatives.

We are one day closer to Legalization.

Peace,
OB

^^ agreed! And no more f@&king gas tax hikes. getting taxed to death in illinois. One of 6 states to have two gas taxes

Until Madigan and Cullerton are gone little hope - As you are aware Pensions hurt and at the root is our Unions ...... I can personally tell you this:

My Union Pension DOES NOT RETURN even close to Market Return and I’ve been invested in my Union Pension for over 39 years now ...... Per my 401k / IRA guy I’ve averaged just under 2% return on Union Pension verses 9.5% on 401k monies .....

Union Pension Management Fees are killing it - It’s a scam!

Just be smart driving. Research ive done ststes theres gonna be alot more dui checkpoints for marijuana once its legal. And guys and gals it aint gonna be the late night dui checkpoints cuz most people go tok bars at night. Well stoners get stoned all day. Got a feeling people be getting off work random afternoons. tte before going home or on the drive home, puff before going to the store or out somewhere and boom middle of day checkpoints for marijuana. And based off the research ive done ( very very big grey area with this sketchy shit) but it seems for most people with todays potency of marijuana a single one hitter of medicine you wont be allowed to drive for roughly 3 hours afterwards. People like me and others that smoke all day or dabble on concentrates is probsbly gonna fail regardless if they smoked 8 hours ago or not.

DUI is a concern - I try to take care of biz in AM straight ...... Casual smoke in afternoons doing chores or whatever and nighttime never drive - stay gone but IF nighttime activities planned we adjust and MAKE FLIPPIN SURE Car / Truck has everything working.

I can drive after two hours solo, but will not allow passengers unless three hours have passed.
