New Grower I can not successfully grow weed

Ok so for the medium, reading on the bag I found some information that you might understand (I dont)
So its "substratum" I dont know in what is different than loam
the component are (I translate literally so I dont know if the english world is right)
-acid peat
-simple vegetable compost not composted
-green composted soil conditioner

and also that say that "pH (in H2o)=7.0"

(Not translated directly from the bag :
-Torba acida
-Ammendante vegetale semplice non compostato
-ammendante compostato verde
)

I have used drainage ,
the first attempt i starter in a really big pot and covered the bottom with sea stone (letting the water out)
and for the two newest I used a little bit of fine gravel (I attach a picture)

Also the humidity of the room is 52%
but tomorrow I have to move the plant in another room where the humidity is much lower than that

For the lighting its quite probable that is shitty light but I dont know its potent i have to use glasses to not have eyes ache but I dont kow if that mean something

thank you for your fast replies

I've never heard of them. I do know that every time anyone I know buys seeds from the reserve here they herm or are male.
Good lights, promix hp and good genetics. add good water = success.
I am sorry but what are "promix hp, good genetics and good water" ?

Get your temperature up as well. 60-70 is a bit low and will stunt growth. Optimal growing temps are 75-82.

More lighting would probably help too, and might help with the low temperature.
the instalation have now change (i attach a picture) so the plant have sunlight (11h-18h) and artificial light
so there is nothing I can do but buying light ?

So when they’re young and in vegetative state they need at least 18-24 hours of light.

You don’t have to buy a new light but it would definitely help, the light you are using now is extremely weak and won’t produce much.

As for now i would try to get the temperature up in your grow room and try to get the environment right for growing.

Your light also looks very high up. l would move it a little closer, maybe like 18-24 inches away from your plants.

I lowered the lamp but I dont know how to increase the temp.
what should I do next ?

Right, I forgot your plants were much older because of how small they are.

In vegetative state, they only need 18-24 of light, and no, darkness is not required. While in flower they will need anywhere from 11-13 hours of light, 12/12 being the most common.

In all honesty, I'd scrap this grow and just sow some new seeds. The one that's flowering now will yield you maybe half a bowl pack and probably won't be worth your time/electricity to finish her out. And because of the rough life the others had, they probably won't yield much either. But if want to continue to learn, grow them out and see what they'll produce.

Before starting a new grow or if you're continuing yours, get your temps corrected, up to 75-82. Your plants won't grow when the temperature is in the 60's. You'll need a heater of some sort.

I soak for 12 hours and then germinate in the paper towel before planting. No need to do both. Soak and then plant or germinate in paper towel until tap root appears. If you have any Aloe Vera around, you can add a little to the water when you soak.
