New Grower HYDROPONICS- Reverse Flood Table- Abducted by Aliens in the Bermuda Triangle

So far, so good. CD! I am glad you lowered the lights, as it looks like the plants were stretching a bit, looking good though!

Updating from mobile so apoligize for any typos etc. We are officially at day 7 on the 3. And day 2-3 on the the last. Which btw. All have names now . So far everything seems good nothing major happening .My first set of leaves had some warping but from my first grow I remember the first set of leafs have some abnormalities a few times. We also have offical 2nd leaves poping through and on the AVTs I can see they are eager to pop the 3rd node. Over the weekend we will clean tank and refresh with 40-50% MC nutes I think they can handle more. They have that lighter green color to them still. That's all I have for right now. Happy growing mates!

I order a cloudline series fan from ac infinity a few days ago. It should be here tomorrow. Super excited!. I also did my first full flush of the reservoir tonight. Cleaned her up and replinished her with Mega Crop at 3 grams per gallon or roughly 50%. We will see how they do. Its about a 15% increase . I am slighlty worried about these leafs tips curling. Take a look. Everything has been optimal as far as I can tell. I thought maybe the light... But they was streching before? Maybe its nothing and the LED is just a bit strong on them right now until they grow in to it.

Ill watch this next set of leafs and see how they do.

I’d guess that lights are too close but that’s just me. I’m sure someone else with more experience will advise you on the curling leaves. I’m thinking Megacrop is next on my list after I use up the AN nutes I have. Simple and it works well as far as I can tell.

It definitely has something to do with the environment. I don't think it is nutrient related. Probably heat and/ or humidity, but it may be the lights. What sort of numbers are you seeing during lights on and off for heat and humidity? May need to dial in your VPD.

See everything I read said humidity but Ive only dropped out of vpd range when i have to open her up. I guess its possible for it to flux when Im not around but i check it atleast twice a day. Could the humidity droping down to 40% for a short period each day cause that?

Nope that shouldn't do it at all. How hot or cold does it get during lights on and off?
I just checked the high and lows and it looks like 70 on the low and 76 on the high. Im actually surprised it fluxs that much. I might need to adjust my heater up. They are on a 20/4 schedule this time. Last time i ran a 18/6. I do remember seeing some of this last time. It just seemed more prominent this go. If anything Ill raise the light a bit. Adjusting the time schedules will be a pain with the pump system and all my timers etc lol. Ill also be adding the fan with controller today so that should help with flux in air temp/humidity.

I also wanted to ask you about those stem trainers. They look really nice but seem pricey. Do you think the price justify s there use? Or could you have done the same thing with string and tieing down?

Things are looking great CD! I’d definitely slide those lights up a bit and dial in the VPD thing, they might be sensitive.
