I enjoy long walks on th…. ahah! Jkjk. Just a guy who likes watching sports, kick’n back watching a movie, art and fishing. Actually I do a lot of fishing and a lot of art... Just for the record a walk on the beach with a spliff wouldn’t be so bad! LMAO
I’ve been lurking for a good three months on a bunch of forums and the Internet but mostly AFN in preparation for my grow. I absolutely love this forum and site. Seems like a lot of knowledgeable guys and gals on here. I see a lot of experience, a lot of different set-ups, but most of all I see people who are willing to help! That is the best part. The comradery and vibe is what kept me coming back to this forum. So I definitely want to say thank you for helping me with my research and thank you in advance for the help I will receive. And If I can be of any help I will certainly do my best!
I have done a couple MJ grows in my teenage years, but it was all outdoors in the backyard. It was as simple as you could get. Nothing special what-so-ever. I would germinate some seeds, stick them in the ground, hope a female popped, water when needed, and harvest before the first frost, usually October time. Surprisingly I had a couple good buds from it. lol.
Fast forward 10 years later and now I find myself getting ready to start my first indoor grow and damn am I excited!! I will leave most of the details for the grow journal but I will be growing in soil, a couple auto-flowers, in a 2x4x6 tent and a 450w LED only.
During my research I was bit overwhelmed with how much technology and information is out there now. This industry is ‘growing’ like crazy. (See what I did there.) lol. Some nights I find myself killing my tablet or smartphone due to hours and hours of scrolling through forums and Google searching for products and info. I'm an indecisive person as it is, so I'm beside myself at times, but I’m almost fully setup and hoping for an awesome grow!
I love MJ and everything about it. Look, smell, taste and certainly the medicinal purposes...Just like all of you, I have an appreciation way beyond belief for this medicine. The possibility of growing/harvesting some of my own healthy babies has got me motivated and eager! The fact I have a ‘green-thumb’ only adds fuel to fire! (Should be starting the grow in a few weeks.)
