New Grower Hope She's Gentle. It's My First Time! - Think Different

It's so early that it's hard to make out, but based solely on location I'd ask you what you're feeding, how much, and how often?

Haven't started feeding her yet, but I did, without thinking about it, add mg perlite to my FFOF soil, and of course the perlite had additional nutrients in it. I didn't even notice the perlite had nutrients in it until after my bean had sprouted.

It could be an overwater issue as well.. like medi said it's hard to tell atm.

Last time I watered her was the day before yesterday, and she was looking top notch yesterday.

Are you using a variable speed control on your ventilation fan? Why can't you run the fan at low speed constantly when it's hottest? I've had success doing this although it's mild where I live.

No variable speed control, but may have to look into investing in one. In fact, will start looking into one tonight. Thanks for stopping by my journal, by the way. An additional perspective is always welcome!

Youre looking good man nice size so far.

Thanks, Bro. She's been giving me a little bit of attitude today, but what girl doesn't give up some attitude every now and then? LOL!

When you water/feed, do those leaves end up laying on the soil?

No, I try to take care to not let the water run directly over the leaves so the water doesn't force them onto the soil. If any of the bottom leaves do happen to contact the soil, I make sure to clean them off. A bit excessive, I know, but I can't help it. I always go back to check on her about 10-15 minutes after watering just to re check that no leaves are drooping into the soil. Thanks for stopping through, Muddy!

Day 19
Height: 9" (a tad bit under)
Soil PH: 6.6 (after 5 gal. flush)
Water PH: 6.1
Run Off PH: 6.8
Temp Range: 75.7° - 92.5°
Humidity Range: 34% - 53%

Woke up today and flushed her with 5 gal. of water PH'd at 6.1. Ten minutes fterwards, checked the PH of the soil, and it read 6.6, so when the last of the run off had a high PH of 6.8, I was a bit confused. Still am, to be honest, so if anyone would like to take a second to explain how that worked out, I'm all ears. In other news, got my scrog screen complete, so I'll be giving my girl a good scrogging as soon as she's ready!

LMFAO!! If you only knew how many days it took me to string that damn thing!! Stringing, then un-stringing, then stringing, then un-stringing... I couldn't get the p.o.s tight enough! It didn't help that I can be extremely anal about some things, so if it had too much slack...back to square one!
You must be a damn mind reader, because I was really starting to wonder about whether or not I had put my light too low, because she is rather squat and bushy. You came through with that right on time! Thanks again, Trap!
