Man I feel like I am readin Chinese when you guys talk about led stuff. Here’s what I am wondering for you light type guru folks. I need to light aprox 45 sq ft about 9x5’ maybe a little less and have a budget of 2,000 bucks. Would I be better off tryin to get one of the law HLG type lights or say like 12 autocobs? I guess I will ask like this. If you needed to light that space with that budget what would you do. Also keep in mind the size of the lights makes a difference as these will be goin in my LAG

lol I guess you forgot to make a post
Yeah it got all messed. I think your budget is great and gives you unlimited choices for lighting brand and style. I just really like HLG because of known performance and the ability to DIY. You could definitely save a fair amount

Not really into the DIY thing with electric, I may end up goin the diy route at first. I am looking at lighting options for my LAG(light assisted greenhouse) series that I am planning on start selling in the spring. This is my current setup. Natural light during the day, then 2k watts of HID all night with cO2

The diy part is pretty easy. You just need to mount the boards, wire the driver to the boards and wire the cord to the driver. It took me about 15 minutes to build mine. I really think 2 of the setups that @pop22just posted on this thread would be perfect for that space. Theyr'e good for 5x5 space for flowering. That looks like an awesome project and am interested in seeing the results with whatever lighting you end up choosing
