Indoor Heat issues in grow room... Suggestions?

A lot of people like to use the cool tubes for extraction also and either have a carbon filter placed at the end or just the opening ,and going through ducting to the tube like this..

I was just pointing out if you are using it like this its not ideal for temps. Having a separate extractor fan to remove hot air while allowing the cool tube to intake its air from outside the growspace and exit the grow space is much more efficient at cooling. ;) Not my pics bro just for example purposes ;)

You can do that but you will have to have a big ass vent too cool and extract the air... And I mean big (800 ccm3 or so)

in my setting I can do that in winter and it works great and its a bit more beautiful to the eye..but when spring comes, so does the rocket...

I have a 120X120x200 box extraction vent/filter that is 425ccm and this 325 for the cool tube..

Thanks everyone for all your replies! So here is my set up. It's a single wardrobe setup. 400w HPS with a 5 inch cool tube. The inline extractor is placed outside the grow space (as it's just so fucking big and won't fit inside the wardrobe) it actually sits top on the wardrobe like below pic.

The ducting is linked to the inline via ducting. It's a very powerful 80w inline extractor. When I put my hand on the right side of the cooltube it is almost like a vacuum suction (very powerful).

So to make the cooling more efficient, would you all recommend I add ducting on the right hand side so that it's sucking air from outside the wardrobe? This would make sense to me?

Thanks in advance peeps!

i run the same setup but in a cool hood. other than just regular day to day physics, i can assure you it will work much better than cooling it with hot air. ;)

first rise the light if you can! next if you can place the vent direct on the CT so its pushing the air out-PLACE IT! :) , and yeah, the ducting on the both ends helps it a lot, firstly because that hot air is going outside of the grow room.

Here it is now with the added ducting to the right side of the cooltube.

The inline extractor is too big to fit inside the wardrobe which is why I have ducting attached from the outside. It's still sucking the air out of the cooltube but via ducting instead of directly attached to the cooltube.

now that is way more better! :) I personaly would turn the vent so he can push the air over the bulb rather than sucking it...

Thanks for the advice! I appreciate it. I am going to try placing an ice pack a few inches away from the sucking end of the ducting. Hopefully this will add to the cooling.

your welcome!
try that and putting some more frozen bottles or ice packs inside the box(3-4), cant do harm. and place them where you like it if you cant place them back of oscilating fan..
