Ended up with 4.45g once dried, I’ll be pressing it by hand and gifting it to my dad who needs strong smoking material to alleviate compressed discs

This tech is great for making hash but will not dry it enough to squish for rosin, just FYI.

When I get there I will see if I can do a grate and final dry or something else along those lines. It is a lot better than starting with a wet clump.

So what's the consensus on drying the ice water extract (bubble hash?)?
Some say into the freeze and out to thaw and this process is repeated many times. Others put it on cardboard and dry it that way before freezing.

You need to grate it or push it thru a screen. You waste more on a screen tho but the schedule saves the heads as kief where the grater shreds them. You are encouraging mold by drying in a ball. Also oxidation. Way easier way is freeze dryer but that is expensive. It can easily dry out into kief. You just freeze pucks as they come out of the bubble bags. The freeze dryer does the rest.
