Bit more messing around with different sifts and quality etc.. I'm really enjoying this but it is also a bit tedious working with smaller amounts, an hours work for 2 grams or so LOL
Practice until perfect must be done with this though before working on 50-100 grams at a time, anything else would be a waste of time

Just got done making this with a 120 and 160 µm dry sift run & yes much work.
used GSC girl Scout cookies from garden of the green 6.3 ounces of sugar leaf—12.3 Gr. Total yield (I could not believe how many times I hand grounded the dry sift 18-20 times & shakes again, Even the 160 µm screen on the last shake only had about 7-8% plant matter), I was very happy with that small amount.
(I am shooting for 38 g from 6.3 ounces of the actual bud, find out next week ?)
I have grown for 40 years, but just recently legal cultivator in state of Missouri, I stay within my legal limits.
reason I mention that is this GSC strain is the strongest I have grown yet I’ve grown gorilla glue, skittles, pineapple express, TangiMatic, Fantasmo, northern lights, and a few others.
I use five 300 W led light full spectrum lights-18/6, 4x4 tent, exhaust and circulation fans, and believe it or not 7/24 UV reptile lights 150 watts (4-bulbs)(24hrs)!!! Bloombastic, Molasses, and orchid food, ProGro with vermiculite 25%, air potbags, and that’s it anymore it’s just too much work for me.

I think any strain will be alright some heads bust open tho and then can't be sieved as I understand it. So some will yield better. 3 bears is supposed.to be watermelon sounds good.

Took 25 gram of my Afghan weed today and made a few bits of smoke :smoking:
7.5-8 gram return on the 25 gram is around 30%, that's pretty damn good considering how excellent this hash is, not to mention that there is still stuff left in it,

well worth throwing into the alcohol extraction bucket for later.

Nope, hell I can’t even get any Mephisto seeds anymore, got popular!
Only doneDry shake dry ice on other strains, but give or take the # of Trics there all about the same to me...

What is Ice Waxing???
(As far as dry ice sifting I’ll make sure to crush the dry ice to “very very small”
pieces next time not powder, but close then mix into my already frozen freezer herb. Why, theDry ice larger chunks ate the inside of my bubble bags up.)

(I never heard bubble hash called ice wax before, interesting especially with all the research I have done on it I have made Bubble ice
water hash several times and yes I do believe it’s the finest, but I only do it now and then and use only very good bud no trim)!

Great return, as I understand it that would equate to around 30% THC herb.
Could I ask you what seed company you used and the name of the strain
please.(and yes your lighting set up is probably superior)... I would like to maybe experiment with that strain down the road.
