Dutch Passion Gonzo grows Think Different in COCO under HS1

hey gonzo - looks great in there, nice safe start. Not everyone adapts well going from soil to coco, but faster growth rates and possible larger yields are great rewards. Good luck with it, it looks great so far

hello Tony, yes, going from soil to coco would be a nightmare without having some information how to do it and still there is a lot of chance to screw. But I think first 2-3 weeks are critical for soil growers when entering coco world. later on, just water, water and water. Not much to screw, I hope.

Looking fine dude, I think you will see a big difference in the growth rate in the next week or so.
Thanks, TT, I really hope so.

I would think its time to up your ec Dude. She looks a little hungry.

Last watering was with 1,2A+1,2B + 1ml Calmag in RO. I agree that I am climbing too slow. A week ago I thought it had been overfed. In fact she was eating leaves in hunger, not showing N overdose.

I think I have to go up to 1,5A&B each today, but pot is still heavy, I am always scared of overwatering, which I shouldnt be so much, I think. Maybe 2 l of stronger feed with strong outrun. Will that be too much?

Well I drip 6 small feeds a day at 1.3. It's diffrent for hand feeding so I'm not to sure.

How much water is that daily?

Half an hour ago I had measured PH, it had standed at 7. That is where deficiencies come from. I have to do some outrun to correct it, no matter if too wet after. AN in small quantities is not very strong in adjusting PH, later will be better, I hope.

A little update from yesterday and today.

Yesterday I noticed some green mold or something like that on surface of coco. Whenever I see that in soil, I remove top layer and replace it with fresh stuff from bag. So I did the same with coco and what had I found? Two white little balls, most probably eggs of some enemies. I think I will change top layer of coco very often from now on. At least in first period when plants dont suck and dont dry soil/coco very quick.

Well I'm not to sure I run a 80 gph pump for 3 mins each time. normally starts coming out the bottom at the 2 min mark. I go through 2 gallons every three days as an average mind you I recirculate back into my res.

Yeah when you start the AN low at the beginning It wasn't holding my ph either. I used ph up/down. This go around I didn't worry about it based off others on here and it didn't seem to affect her at all.
